Step 1

ONSITE QUOTATION

Rod insists he attends your site for a quotation. Allowing the client the opportunity to meet him, discuss the project, site specific challenges, and the stuff that matters.

Step 2

CONTRACT

Once ready to move forward, a meeting is set for a detailed SPASA contract.

Step 3

DESIGN

You will work closely with David, he will attend your site to get the preliminary concept design.
Giving the client an early understanding and preview of the approval pathway and project requirements.

Step 4

APPROVAL

David also manages the swimming pool approval process, which keeps the project moving forward and on time.

Step 5

CONSTRUCTION

Once your project is approved, Brendan and our onsite team begin the installation phase of your swimming pool.
Beginning with a site inspection, through to a coordinated pool delivery, excavation, pool installation, and site clean up.

Step 6

HANDOVER

After your swimming pool is installed, Abel will complete a comprehensive SPASA Handover with you, to the Masterbuilt Pools Newcastle standard.

Step 7

LIFETIME SERVICE

During your Handover, Abel explains the clients responsibilities of owning their swimming pool.
We understand that this can be a little overwhelming or confusing for some, so Abel will also discuss the tailored service packages we have – for as much or as little support as you need.
